Propulsion Remote Control System

System Introduction

The HY-PCS Propulsion Remote Control System is designed for all types of vessels. It includes operational control, engine safety information display, shaft speed/pitch indicators, car clocks, and electronic governor functions. The system receives commands from control handles located in the bridge and central control room (CCR). The remote control provides thrust (shaft speed/pitch) setpoints and activates start, stop, and reverse mechanisms. The system can also support full-turn control of the propeller.
